Greentek Energy Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support our continued growth across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an established network of contacts within the property and construction sector including:
- Estate Agents
- Letting Agents
- Property Investors
- Developers
- Architects
- Surveyors
- Mortgage Brokers
- Commercial Property Professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities across residential and commercial construction projects.
- Develop relationships with property professionals and referral partners.
- Secure projects including extensions, loft conversions, renovations, commercial refurbishments, HMOs and property improvement works.
- Represent Greentek Energy Ltd professionally within the industry.
Requirements:
- Proven business development or sales experience.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Existing industry contacts preferred.
- Self motivated and target driven.
Package:
- Competitive salary dependent on experience.
- Minimum 10% commission on net profit from every completed project.
- Uncapped earning potential.
