Our mission is simple: to make every home part of the climate solution. We partner with local authorities, housing associations, and homeowners to design and manage retrofit programmes that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance under PAS 2035. We combine deep technical expertise with a people‑first approach—supporting residents through every stage of the retrofit journey while ensuring energy savings, safety, and long‑term resilience. If you’re passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and building a net‑zero future, Greenstorm is the place to make an impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as named PAS 2035 Retrofit Coordinator across multiple schemes (e.g., WH:SHF, WH:LG).
- Manage the retrofit process: assessment brief, design reviews, installation stage and post‑completion evaluation (including performance monitoring).
- Check and approve medium‑term improvement plans (MTIPs) and Retrofit Design documents; ensure PAS 2030 installer compliance and TrustMark lodgement.
- Coordinate surveyors, designers, installers, and QA auditors; maintain accurate files and evidence packs.
- Monitor H&S, CDM responsibilities (where applicable), and quality thresholds; lead corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Engage residents with clear pre‑ and post‑install communications; manage complaints and resolve snags quickly.
- Track delivery KPIs; report to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain airtight compliance with scheme rules and data protection.
What you’ll need:
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management (or in progress).
- Experience coordinating domestic retrofit projects.
- Working knowledge of WH:SHF, WH:LG (or similar) processes, scoring, and evidence requirements.
- Familiarity with RdSAP, U‑values, ventilation strategies (Part F), moisture risk, and whole‑house plans.
- Strong stakeholder management across councils, residents, and contractors.
- Excellent documentation discipline and IT literacy (MS/Google, CRM, TrustMark lodgements).
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
In return, we provide a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and benefits package, along with clear opportunities to grow your career as we continue to expand.
