Personal Injury Paralegal/Trainee Solicitor in Dewsbury

Experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner Required

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our team on a full-time basis. The role will involve managing a predominantly RTA-based caseload, with some exposure to Employers’ Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) matters.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• A proven track record in handling personal injury claims
• Strong technical ability, with practical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High standards of organisation and case management
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• The ability to prioritise their own caseload, work under pressure, and meet targets

Applicants must have experience working with the MOJ Portal at Stages 1, 2, and 3. Litigation experience would be an advantage.
