Hours ofwork: Monday to Friday 12:00-1:20pm, 6hrs 40minutes per week, term-time only,43.5wks paid per year
Salary: Scale 2 Point 5 £27,180 FTE / £4,087.82 Actual

Greenstedis a vibrant and inclusive educational environment dedicated to fostering thepotential of all our students. We are currently seeking a compassionate anddedicated Midday Assistant to join our team and support our students duringlunch breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain the safety, welfare and goodconduct of pupils during the midday break
- To set up areas of the playground with toysand activities and ensure that pathways and playground areas are free fromobstructions
- To follow the school behaviour policy andencourage good standards of behaviour at all times
- To establish positive relationships withpupils
- To follow the MDA rota
Qualifications:
- Experienceworking with children.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience,empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
