Greenstaff HomeCare is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team and support a gentleman with an acquired brain injury and autism in Warmington. The role involves providing support both in the client’s home and within the local community, with an emphasis on promoting independence as the client works towards independent living. The client may display challenging behaviour, so experience in managing such situations is essential. You will work with a bespoke care plan to offer person-centred support and help the client achieve their goals. The client enjoys engaging in sporting activities and attending community events, and having similar interests would be beneficial in developing a strong, positive rapport.
