Salary: £13.50 to £15 per hour depending on experience
Job Type: Part time, Permanent

Office Administrator – The Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our office operations, whilst also supporting senior leadership, customers, and internal teams. In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our office, coordinating admin processes, assisting with accounts and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for our clients and colleagues.
Office Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence, and maintain office records
- Oversee ordering of supplies and ensure office equipment is operational
- Track expenses and assist with invoice management
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership and the accounts team
- Manage service bookings, update internal systems, and handle confidential documentation
- General administrative duties including scanning, filing, and document management
Office Administrator – You:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Excellent telephone manner and confident communicator
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptable, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, team-focused attitude with a proactive mindset
