The predicted salary is between 11 - 15 ÂŁ per hour.
You will be working in an ExtraCare scheme, caring for our customers in their own homes. You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, providing medication support and person‑centred care. You will be involved in the care planning process and work with social services, the SAT team and district nurses to promote independence and well‑being by ensuring that residents’ personal, psychological and social care needs are met. You will lead your team by demonstrating good care practices and support staff development through supervision and coaching. The shift pattern will be a mix of 7:30‑3 pm and 2:30‑10 pm with alternate weekends.
You need to have a caring nature with the desire to make a difference, helping our customers retain as much independence as possible, promoting dignity and respect in everything you do. If you are successful, we will require a DBS check to be completed.
