About the role: We’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Finance & Treasury team, supporting the effective management of cash, liquidity and forecasting across the Group. This is a key role in ensuring the long-term financial stability of GreenSquareAccord, working closely with internal stakeholders and external funders to deliver the Group’s treasury strategy. Reporting to the Treasury Manager / Head of Treasury, you’ll play a hands-on role in cash management, liquidity forecasting, treasury reporting and compliance, while helping to maintain strong internal controls and robust treasury systems.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Cashflow & Liquidity Management: Support loan drawdowns, repayments and rollovers, recommending methods and tenors for review. Prepare, monitor and review Group cashflows in line with the Treasury Management Policy. Produce accurate short-, medium- and long-term cashflow forecasts (daily, 6-week and 5-year). Manage Group investments, monitor counterparty creditworthiness and oversee drawdowns. Prepare and review loan interest payments and assist with the interest budget.
  • Treasury Reporting & Compliance: Produce treasury KPIs and management information for Boards, Committees and senior management. Prepare treasury cashflow elements for regulatory and statutory returns, including quarterly submissions. Monitor and explain monthly cashflow variances. Assist with statutory accounts, audit queries and treasury disclosures. Support engagement with ratings agencies and other external stakeholders.
  • Controls, Systems & Policy: Maintain strong internal controls and promptly escalate any breaches. Contribute to the development and enhancement of treasury systems and processes. Assist with the annual review of the Treasury Management Policy. Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and information management policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business. Build effective relationships with funders, advisors, auditors and development partners.

About you:

  • Essential: Experience working in a corporate finance or treasury environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality outputs to deadlines.
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
  • Experience preparing financial reports for senior stakeholders.
