About the Role
As a Projects Surveyor, you will be at the heart of delivering major works and insurance-related projects ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as a technical expert, working closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain and improve housing stock to the highest standards. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same from managing insurance claims and major works projects to conducting surveys and resolving complex property issues.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading on insurance-related works, ensuring properties are safe, secure, and restored efficiently.
- Managing major works projects from inspection through to completion.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and overseeing contractors on-site.
