Recruitment Partner £32 000 to £35,000 6 month Fixed Term Contract This is a chance to be a genuine talent partner at a period of growth and transformation ?" you will be instrumental in advising hiring managers, running headhunting campaigns, pipelining, and giving candidates a five-star experience from first application to first day. What you ll be doing Partnering with hiring managers to manage vacancies, plan timelines and pick the right channels to attract great talent. Running proactive sourcing, headhunting and social campaigns via LinkedIn, job boards and your own network. Guiding managers through offers, salary benchmarking and terms negotiation. Coaching managers on inclusive, best-practice recruitment and selection. Representing GreenSquareAccord at careers fairs, colleges and universities to build a strong talent pipeline. Managing agency relationships and preferred supplier terms. What we re looking for Proven full-cycle, high-volume in-house recruiting experience, headhunting and pipelining Confidence using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn and Jobboards to source and engage talent. A natural relationship-builder who can influence stakeholders at all level. Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple live vacancies without dropping the ball.
