Job Title: Planned Investment Manager Job Location – Chippenham and Birmingham – 2 posts Salary: £58,000 (hybrid) plus £750 car allowance pa Contract type: Permanent Working hours: 37 hours per week Closing Date – 31 July 2025 Interviews will take place on 7th & 8th August 2025 at Brindley Place, Birmingham. Please ensure you are available for interview on these dates if successful. About the role Join us as a Planned Investment Manager and take the lead in transforming our customers homes. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the planning and delivery of major investment and refurbishment programmes, ensuring every project runs efficiently, delivers value for money and exceed our customers expectations. From managing contractor performance to driving health and safety standards and ensuring compliance, you will be at the heart of improving the quality, safety and sustainability of the homes we provide. Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer. About you You will be technically competent with a strong understanding of refurbishment and planned works (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, windows). You will be familiar with contract management frameworks (e.g. JCT, NEC), procurement processes and asset investment planning. Proven experience managing teams and contractors and skilled at performance management, monitoring KPI`s and holding contractors accountable. You will be solution focused and organised as well as a strong communicator.
