Salary - £15.88 per hour
Location - Based in Coventry, but may need to travel to Solihull if required.

About the role
GreenSquareAccord has been commissioned by Changing Lives to provide needs led support to women under the supervision of the National Probation Service. GreenSquareAccord is part of the Womens Justice Partnership (WJP) along with Changing Lives, Anawim and Black Country Womens Aid. Women become involved in the Criminal Justice System for a complex range of reasons. In our gender specific service we provide holistic support to women by women, to overcome challenges and address needs, enabling them to successfully move-on from services and live fulfilling, crime free flourishing lives. We specifically support women with overcoming issues around their:
- Personal Wellbeing
- Accommodation
- Finance, Benefits and Debts
- Employment, Training and Education
- Family and Significant Others
- Lifestyle and Associates
- Social Inclusion
- Dependency and Recovery
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require an enhanced DBS check and Level 1 vetting to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
About you
As a Women`s Justice Practitioner, you will be part of a small team delivering a specifically designed programme of support to women with complex needs which focuses on self-esteem, emotional resilience, boundaries, communication skills, housing and healthy relationships among others. You will be responsible for achieving clear outcomes using a Trauma informed and strengths-based approach through facilitating discussions and activities in a group setting as well on a one to one basis.
