Job Title: Cleaner – Empty Homes Job Location: Chippenham SN14 0GU Salary: £25,640 per annum Contract type: Permanent Working hours: 39 hours per week About the role This role involves the cleaning of empty properties before and after work in the property has been completed, this includes pre cleans following the clearance team and before the trades operatives start work and a ready to let clean after any work / repairs have been completed ready for the new tenant to move in. Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer. About you You will have many varying responsibilities including Cleaning external building from cob webs and window frames door frames, sheds and wash bin in and out, internal cleaning: door frames and doors , windows glass, kitchen: cupboards in and out, hob, sink and floor, carpet refresh. You will use cleaning materials and consumables as recommended , following supplier`s recommended use instructions. Checking that any safety devices within their area of responsibility are correctly fitted, adjusted, maintained and are in good working.
