Running proactive sourcing, headhunting and social campaigns via LinkedIn, job boards and your own network. Coaching managers on inclusive, best-practice recruitment and selection. Representing GreenSquareAccord at careers fairs, colleges and universities to build a strong talent pipeline. Confidence using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn and Jobboards to source and engage talent. Ready to bring your recruitment know-how to a team that s making a real difference?
