Location: Birmingham Salary: £34,500 Per Annum + Company Van, Fuel Card and power tools Hours: Full time, 39 hours per weeks Contract: Permanent Shift Pattern: Mon to Thurs – 8am to 4:30pm – Fri – 8am to 3:30 pm Make a difference by keeping our homes safe, well maintained and comfortable We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Trade Operative to join our Trades team on a permanent basis. You’ll play an important role in maintaining our properties to a high standard, carrying out a wide range of repairs and improvements efficiently, safely and in line with current best practice and health and safety requirements. Customer service is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll be expected to work professionally, respectfully and courteously with our customers while taking pride in the quality of your work. What you’ll bring You’ll be a skilled, self-motivated tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and can manage your own workload effectively. You’ll also bring: * Previous experience in both plumbing and carpentry * A full UK driving licence * The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines * Confidence using handheld electronic devices * A strong understanding of the safe use of tools and equipment * A willingness to complete a DBS check if successful About GreenSquareAccord We provide affordable homes and services that help people thrive.
