We are looking for a skilled Electrician to deliver high-quality responsive repairs, maintenance, and upgrades across our housing properties. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same and would be ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently. What you’ll do:

  • Carry out reactive repairs and planned electrical works
  • Diagnose faults and ensure installations are safe and compliant
  • Complete testing, inspection, and PAT testing
  • Install and maintain smoke, heat, and CO alarm systems (LD1-LD3)
  • Deliver excellent service to residents in occupied and void properties

What you’ll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 + AM2
  • 18th Edition & 2391 Testing & Inspection
  • Experience in domestic maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
