We are looking for a skilled Electrician to deliver high-quality responsive repairs, maintenance, and upgrades across our housing properties. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same and would be ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently. What you’ll do:
- Carry out reactive repairs and planned electrical works
- Diagnose faults and ensure installations are safe and compliant
- Complete testing, inspection, and PAT testing
- Install and maintain smoke, heat, and CO alarm systems (LD1-LD3)
- Deliver excellent service to residents in occupied and void properties
What you’ll need:
- NVQ Level 3 + AM2
- 18th Edition & 2391 Testing & Inspection
- Experience in domestic maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
