We re looking for a caring, proactive and customer-focused Healthy Homes Adviser to join our Damp, Mould & Condensation Team.

- Healthy Homes Adviser Gloucester / Oxfordshire £33`000 + £750 annual car allowance
- Visiting customers in their homes across Gloucester and Oxfordshire.
- Providing practical advice on ventilation, heating, humidity and preventing condensation.
- Carrying out mould cleaning and treatment to small, affected areas.
- Identifying property hazards or maintenance issues and reporting them promptly.
- Escalating complex cases to Surveyors for further investigation.
- Planning and managing your own appointments and workload.
- Following up repairs and ensuring actions are completed.
- Maintaining accurate records using our management systems.
- Identifying safeguarding or wellbeing concerns and working with colleagues to provide the right support.
We re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You ll ideally have
- Experience working in social housing in a customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
- Great communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Confidence working independently and managing a varied workload.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and digital systems such as MRI.
