Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to staff, promoting high standards of care and professionalism.
- Support staff development through supervision, appraisal and training.
- Support the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred services that meet legal regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Monitor performance against key indicators and contribute to service improvement plans.
- Build positive relationships with customers, families, professionals and partner organisations.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent services; be confident in managing teams, handling complex situations and making sound decisions.
Qualifications
- 12 months experience within regulated care at Deputy Manager level within Learning Disability services.
- Experience of supervising teams and delivering high-quality care services.
- Strong communication, organisational and effective relationship building skills.
- A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
- Ability to use Nourish or similar digital social care platforms.
- Willingness to travel across the midlands to attend meetings and events at other local services.
