Grounds Maintenance Operative in Chippenham

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining green spaces? If so, we d love to hear from you. We re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, helping to maintain and enhance GreenSquareAccord-owned land across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. From playing fields and landscaped areas to a variety of horticultural tasks, you ll play an important role in keeping our communities looking their best. Working as part of a supportive team, you ll carry out daily grounds maintenance duties as directed by the Grounds Maintenance Manager while following safe working practices and team risk assessments. You ll also work closely with colleagues across Housing, Commercial, Responsive Maintenance and Empty Homes teams.

• Experience in grounds maintenance or horticultural
• Experience using strimmer s and ride-on mowers
• A full UK driving licence (shared van available)
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
