We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Partnerships Compliance & Performance Officer to join our Managed Agents and Partnerships Team at GreenSquareAccord. This is a key role where you’ll take the lead in shaping and managing our Performance and Risk Framework across Managed Agent partnerships. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong compliance standards, and effective contract performance helping us provide safe, well-managed homes for our customers. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for compliance-related matters, working closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the development and delivery of a Performance and Risk Framework
- Monitoring compliance, including fire safety actions and statutory requirements
- Acting as the key liaison between GreenSquareAccord and Managed Agents
- Managing escalated repairs and complex compliance issues to resolution
- Producing performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for service improvement
- Supporting the rollout of management agreements, SLAs, and lease terms
We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience in housing management, compliance, or partnership working
- Knowledge of housing legislation and regulatory compliance
- A proven track record in performance monitoring and reporting
- Experience handling complex repairs or compliance issues
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and making informed decisions
Bonus if you have:
- A housing-related qualification or CIH membership
- Experience with systems like MRI, Orchard, or similar
- Knowledge of supported housing or managed agent environments
