GSA is seeking a registered manager to lead two Birmingham-based supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You will champion person-centred practice, ensure CQC compliance and drive high performance across both services.
You will oversee two established services, manage budgets, occupancy and service models, and lead a dedicated team while engaging with local stakeholders and attending occasional events outside the region.
