You will be responsible for designing, building and improving the business intelligence capability that supports service delivery and business performance. You’ll help ensure that data is accurate, accessible and useful—whether that’s for operational teams, senior leaders, or specialist functions.
You’ll translate business requirements into durable data models and reporting solutions, and you’ll collaborate with data, IT and operational stakeholders to ensure reporting answers the questions people actually need answered.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and develop data pipelines and data transformations to ensure consistent, trusted reporting.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting that bring clarity to performance, quality and outcomes.
- Build and optimise data models (dimensional or equivalent approaches) to support scalable analytics.
- Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring and practical improvements to reduce errors.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define measures/metrics and improve decision-making.
- Document solutions so reports and data products are understood and easy to use.
- Troubleshoot and improve reporting performance, reliability and usability.
- Support governance by adhering to data standards, permissions and safe handling practices
