Job Title: Head of Managing Agents and Partnerships Job Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham Salary: £65,000 + £2,500 Car allowance Contract type: Fixed Term – 12 Months Working hours: 37 hours About the role GreenSquareAccord is actively seeking a strategic and proactive individual to join our team as Head of Managed Agents on a 12-month fixed term. This new role is pivotal in driving our initiative to transform the Managed Agent & Partnership offer, establishing robust stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all localities. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic enhancements and ensure comprehensive compliance across our managed agent portfolio. Direct a dedicated team to enhance housing, compliance and contract management processes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive service improvements and community engagement. Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer. About you You have a proven track record in managing agent operations, including extensive experience in housing and contract management and implementing robust compliance frameworks. Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving operational improvements. Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and promote a customer-centric approach.
