This is an office-based role requiring 2 days per week in our Knightsbridge office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external fund administrators, accountants, bookkeepers, auditors, and other professional advisers.
  • Review management accounts and financial reports, ensuring information is accurate and queries are resolved.
  • Track invoices, payments, expenses, and other finance-related workflows.
  • Support VAT filings, compliance processes, statutory reporting, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain organised financial records and documentation.

  • Provide general operational and administrative support on finance-related matters.

Requirements

  • Financially literate and comfortable reviewing reports and working with numbers.
  • Experienced in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing follow-up actions.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Accounting qualifications are not required, but candidates must be financially astute, highly organised, and capable of operating independently from day one.
  • They should be comfortable working directly with accountants, fund administrators, auditors, and other advisers, taking ownership of processes and ensuring actions are seen through to completion.

This is a part-time role requiring a commitment of 2 days per week, both of which must be worked from our Knightsbridge office. We are open to candidates seeking reduced hours or greater flexibility, but the successful candidate will need to be present in the office on both working days and able to build strong working relationships with the Managing Partner and external advisers.
