Greensphere Capital LLP is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to manage day-to-day contractual and corporate matters across its portfolio.

This part-time, home-based role offers flexibility and occasional travel to London, reporting to the General Counsel.

The candidate will handle NDAs, term sheets, leases, PPAs, and corporate documents, with oversight of external counsel and paralegals.
