Areas you will cover - Care Homes (Kent - Care Home and Field-Based)

Looking for a role where sales meets purpose? Join Greensleeves Care as a Customer Sales / Relations Manager and play a key part in helping families find the right home for their loved one, while driving occupancy and revenue across our growing portfolio of care homes. This is a field-based role with regular travel around the region and our Kent and Sussex Care Homes, giving you the autonomy to build relationships, generate leads, and guide families through one of life’s most important decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Converting enquiries into residents, meeting occupancy and revenue targets
  • Building trusted relationships with families, guiding them from first enquiry to move-in
  • Hosting engaging home visits and events that showcase the very best of our care
  • Supporting Home Managers with sales activity, training, and local lead generation
  • Developing strong referral networks with healthcare professionals and community partners
  • Monitoring local market activity to keep our homes competitive and thriving

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or care home admissions
  • A confident communicator who builds trust quickly and naturally
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently on the road
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experience in the care sector
