Greensleeves Care in England is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to identify resident activity needs, plan engaging programmes and work with the Activities Assistant and the Registered Manager to support 26 care homes.
You will liaise with residents, relatives and staff, organise group events and individual sessions, and help provide a varied, person-centred activity calendar. The role requires DBS disclosure and a commitment to confidentiality.
