As a Quality and Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist the Head of Quality in implementing a clinical governance, quality and compliance framework and support a systematic monitoring regime.
  • Coordinate the schedule of Central Office Support visits to the homes, planning the rota, ensuring all paperwork is available promptly and collecting and distributing completed reports.
  • Collate agreed statistics to enable the Operations Director to monitor operational KPI’s.
  • Maintain the Trust’s training matrix.
  • Provide ad hoc support when required to the Regional Management Team.
  • Undertake tasks assigned by the Head of Quality and the Operations Director from time to time.

  • GCSE English Language (or equivalent)
  • CIPD Training Qualification or other relevant training qualification
  • Significant experience of working within an office environment
  • Experience of working in a Quality support role
