Senior Care Assistant required for our care home Broadacres in Barton Turf near Norwich covering night shifts.
What you'll be doing: As a Senior Care Assistant in a Greensleeves Care Home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You can also expect to complete supervisions and appraisals, administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.
What you'll need: You should have a RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care at a similar level. We encourage applications from HCAs, Health Care Assistants, Support Workers & Domiciliary Carers.
Shift Pattern: Our shift patterns are Week 1 Monday and Tuesday night 9pm - 8am; Week 2 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday 9pm-8am plus you will be required to work alternative weekends.
