As a Senior Care Assistant, You Will:
- Assist residents with personal care needs.
- Carry out regular checks on residents and the building, with special reference to fire prevention, as directed by the manager while preserving residents’ privacy.
- Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene, including incontinence.
- Be aware of residents’ whereabouts if they are absent from their bedroom.
To Apply, You Will Need:
- Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification.
- Proven ability and experience in safe administration of medication.
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Experience of providing care.
