Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Support Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will provide leadership and operational oversight of our regional support services, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvements and support our commitment to excellence across all services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the regional support teams to deliver outstanding care and support services aligned with Greensleeves Homes Trust’s values and objectives.
  • Oversee operational performance, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery, promote innovation, and improve client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce.
  • Manage budgets effectively and contribute to financial planning to ensure sustainability of services.
  • Prepare and present reports on regional performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
  • Lead investigations and manage incidents or safeguarding concerns in line with organisational procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role within Health, Nursing, or Social Care sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including CQC standards, safeguarding, and health and safety legislation.
  • Demonstrable experience managing teams, driving service improvements, and delivering outcomes in a complex care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Relevant professional qualifications in health, social care, or management are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining effective team leadership and operational oversight.
