As a Quality and Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Assist the Head of Quality in implementing a clinical governance, quality and compliance framework and support a systematic monitoring regime.
- Coordinate the schedule of Central Office Support visits to the homes, planning the rota, ensuring all paperwork is available promptly and collecting and distributing completed reports.
- Collate agreed statistics to enable the Operations Director to monitor operational KPI’s.
- Maintain the Trust’s training matrix.
- Provide ad hoc support when required to the Regional Management Team.
- Undertake tasks assigned by the Head of Quality and the Operations Director from time to time.

- GCSE English Language (or equivalent)
- CIPD Training Qualification or other relevant training qualification
- Significant experience of working within an office environment
- Experience of working in a Quality support role
