Greensleeves Care, a leading not-for-profit provider, is seeking a Head of Quality to shape the future of care across our London-based Head Office with travel to care homes. This high-visibility role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and drives quality, governance and patient/resident safety.
You’ll develop an organisation-wide quality strategy, embed clinical governance, use audits and data to drive improvements, support homes to stay compliant, and foster continuous learning and innovation.
