Responsibilities
- Deal with general telephone enquiries, correspondence and administrative matters.
- Maintain personal records of staff, including sickness and absence, holidays, timesheets, payroll, general filing, photocopying and organization of systems.
- Support the Registered Manager with recruitment advertising and onboarding of new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting and general administration duties.
- Strong organisational and communication skills; professional and confident telephone manner.
