About Greensleeves Care

Greensleeves Care delivers exceptional 24‐hour residential, dementia and nursing care to older people across 27 care homes in England. Responsibilities

  • Deal with general telephone enquiries, correspondence and administrative matters.
  • Maintain personal records of staff, including sickness and absence, holidays, timesheets, payroll, general filing, photocopying and organization of systems.
  • Support the Registered Manager with recruitment advertising and onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office setting and general administration duties.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills; professional and confident telephone manner.
