The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 £ per hour.
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice and assist in their daily living.
- Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bath and use the toilet.
- Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene e.g. incontinence.
- Promote and adhere to Greensleeves Care – Workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.

- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable).
- Experience of providing care (Desirable).
- Experience of working with elders (Desirable).
