About Lavender Fields: Lavender Fields is a modern care home in the leafy area of Seal village of Sevenoaks. The home delivers award-winning residential care and dementia care in a purpose-built space designed with residents’ needs in mind. The residents enjoy beautiful décor and first-class facilities including cinema room, physio room, hairdresser salon, activity room, spacious lounges and dining rooms. All bedrooms are ample, comfortable and beautifully furnished, and all come with an en-suite wet room.

As a Care Assistant (Days), you will:

  • Give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice and assist in their daily living.
  • Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bath and use the toilet.
  • Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
  • Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene e.g. incontinence.
  • Promote and adhere to the Greensleeves Care - Workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.

  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable)
  • Experience of providing care (Desirable)
  • Experience of working with elders (Desirable)
