We’re looking for 2 new colleagues to join us as we supercharge our marketing efforts to ensure occupancy grows and thrives within a selection of our leading non-profit care homes in England.
The ideal candidates will have experience boosting leads and sales in care, will be comfortable meeting targets and working at pace, and will be willing to get stuck in — working as a true extension of our amazing teams and getting to know the locations we operate in. Equipped with knowledge, resources and support, they will help spot the promotional gaps, support home teams to drive efforts, and execute marketing ideas that drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do
- Drive occupancy through targeted marketing: Deliver high-impact, locally tailored initiatives to increase enquiries and occupancy rapidly.
- Develop and execute focused marketing plans: Create prioritised project plans for each home and maintain momentum against targets.
- Identify and activate local opportunities: Spot and deliver community partnerships, events, OOH campaigns, and outreach activity.
- Hands-on marketing delivery & team upskilling: Execute campaigns and initiatives while training colleagues on effective marketing tactics.
- Build strong relationships: Collaborate with Home Managers, sales managers, and the central marcomms team to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
- Monitor and optimise performance: Track campaign results, adjust activity, and report outcomes clearly to key stakeholders.
What You Will Need To Succeed In This Role
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Experience in marketing in care or other high-consideration sectors
- Experience improving leads, sales and occupancy at pace
- Experience running local marketing campaigns
- Appetite to work largely autonomously and meet exciting targets
- Willingness to travel and spend substantive time “in the field”, with knowledge of the area an advantage
