Responsibilities:
- Support residents while maintaining their independence, privacy, dignity and choice.
- Assist residents who need help to dress, undress, wash, bathe and use the toilet.
- Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene (e.g., incontinence).
- Promote and adhere to Greensleeves Care workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of the needs of residents.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- QCF diploma in care level 2 or equivalent (desirable).
- Experience of providing care (desirable).
- Experience of working with elders (desirable).
- Evidence of ISA first and enhanced DBS disclosure.
