As the Administrator of the home, you will:

  • Deal with general, telephone enquiries and correspondence and administrative matters
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of personal records of staff, including sickness and absence, holidays, timesheets, payroll, general filing, photocopying and organisation of systems
  • Support the Registered Manager with Recruitment Advertising and onboarding new hires

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience of working in an office and undertaking general administration duties
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, professional and confident telephone manner
