What you’ll be doing:
- As a Care Assistant in our Greensleeves Care Home, you will be working alongside a team of dedicated Care Assistants who support residents with their daily needs.
- Following resident care plans ensuring each resident receives the correct person‑centered care, support, and daily interaction.
- Respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and comfortable.
What you’ll need:
