What you’ll be doing
As a Care Assistant in our Greensleeves Care Home, you will be working alongside a team of dedicated Care Assistants who support residents with their daily needs. Following resident care plans ensuring each resident receives the correct person-centered care, support, and daily interaction. Like everyone at Greensleeves, Care Assistants will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents as well playing your own part in creating an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and comfortable.
What you’ll need
Compassion and a forward-thinking attitude with exceptional communication skills to join us as a Care Assistant. If you have these skills, then you won’t require specific care knowledge as we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. Above all, you’ll have real compassion for all our residents to deliver the highest standard of care and support. We welcome applications from HCA’s, Health Care Assistants, Support Workers & Domiciliary Carers.
