Location: Borovere Care Home, near Alton, England.

Responsibilities:

  • Support residents while maintaining their independence, privacy, dignity and choice.
  • Assist residents who need help to dress, undress, wash, bathe and use the toilet.
  • Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
  • Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene (e.g., incontinence).
  • Promote and adhere to Greensleeves Care workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the needs of residents.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
  • QCF diploma in care level 2 or equivalent (desirable).
  • Experience of providing care (desirable).
  • Experience of working with elders (desirable).
  • Evidence of ISA first and enhanced DBS disclosure.
