We are seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator to join our highly successful and award-winning Tiverton office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a similar role (experience preferred but not essential) who wants to build a career with a dynamic and respected estate agency.

The Successful Candidate

  • Ideally, a proven track record in residential sales
  • An outgoing and confident personality
  • A driven, proactive approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • A full UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle
