This is a full time, permanent position commencing ASAP. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial & Residential Valuation Surveyor in our busy team based in Taunton. The role would suit a driven, qualified surveyor with at least two years PQE, who has a can-do attitude and a proven track record. It is a demanding but rewarding role, which will involve a wide range of work across the commercial and residential sectors covering a wide variety of town and rural properties. Applicants with just commercial valuation experience will also be considered.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills
- MRICS with minimum 2 years PQE
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to seek and win business and develop contacts
- Clean driving licence and own car
