As part of our friendly and highly skilled team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a knowledgeable, dependable and first‐class service to Landlords, Tenants, internal colleagues and Contractors.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Logging and managing repair requests on our internal system
  • Communicating with Landlords, Tenants and contractors
  • Sourcing competitive quotes and issuing work orders
  • Progressing maintenance jobs through to completion
  • Approving invoices and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows

You’ll be an important part of a small, collaborative team dedicated to exceeding client expectations at every step. This is a busy, varied and fast-moving full-time role, perfect for someone who is resilient, highly organised, and able to stay calm and focused under pressure. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, plus one in three Saturday mornings.
