The role We are seeking a Residential Viewings Assistant to work on an adhoc, part time, permanent basis, based in our Burnham-on-Sea office.
Our office is extremely well established and has a busy and friendly atmosphere.
The successful candidate must have: Experience working within the property sector would be an advantage.
Good knowledge of the local area is essential.
Excellent communication skills needed.
Have the ability to work well under pressure.
Have a car available for business use.
Full driving licence essential This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role.
Hours throughout the week will be adhoc, it is likely that you will be required to work most Saturday mornings.
