An exciting opportunity has opened to join our dynamic Taunton Lettings Maintenance Team, supporting our extensive portfolio of residential properties across Somerset, Devon and Dorset.
As part of our friendly and highly skilled team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a knowledgeable, dependable and first class service to Landlords, Tenants, internal colleagues and Contractors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Logging and managing repair requests on our internal system
- Communicating with Landlords, Tenants and contractors
- Sourcing competitive quotes and issuing work orders
- Progressing maintenance jobs through to completion
- Approving invoices and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows
You’ll be an important part of a small, collaborative team dedicated to exceeding client expectations at every step. This is a busy, varied and fast-moving role, perfect for someone who is resilient, highly organised, and able to stay calm and focused under pressure. If you thrive in a role where your problem solving skills shine and no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a part time role, working Monday – Friday, 22.5hrs per week. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
