An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Manager to join our busy Dorchester office, which manages a large portfolio of residential let properties across the West Dorset area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our clients with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service including liaising with Landlords, Tenants and internal Stakeholders. Compliance is also a big part of this role; ensuring that at all times our Landlords and Tenants are complying with the most up to date legislation for residential properties.

You will effectively work with the local team ensuring that our clients’ expectations are not just met, but exceeded. The desire and ability to grow our portfolio and the motivation to develop processes are all key objectives for this role. This is a busy, fast moving role, and the ideal candidate will need to be resilient, have the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure at all times. This is a full time role. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and motivated Residential Lettings Manager.

The successful candidate must have:
  • An ARLA qualification (or progressively working towards Level 3 ARLA)
  • Previous lettings experience of at least 2 years
  • An outgoing and confident personality
  • A driven and pro-active approach to work
  • Excellent, highly organised administrative and typing skills
  • Efficient approach with an ability to work independently
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Driver’s license / Access to own vehicle

This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to progress to the next stage of their career. Previous experience in Property Management Legislation and Residential Lettings are essential.
