About the Role
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the friendly and dependable point of contact for our sales applicants, landlords, tenants and internal teams. You’ll provide clear guidance, confident communication and an exceptional service from start to finish. Compliance plays a key part in this role, and you’ll help ensure our clients remain fully aligned with the latest residential sales & lettings legislation. Working as part of a close-knit, multi-skilled team, you’ll play an essential role in delivering a smooth, positive experience to every client — consistently aiming not just to meet expectations but exceed them. This is a fast-paced, rewarding position, ideal for someone who can multitask, prioritise effectively and stay calm under pressure. This is a full-time role.

- Previous residential sales or lettings experience (full training will be provided)
- An outgoing, positive and professional personality

- Confidence under pressure and strong problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
