Due to our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our thriving Bridgwater team, supporting a large and varied portfolio of residential rental properties across the Bridgwater and Burnham-on-Sea areas. About the Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the friendly and dependable point of contact for our Landlords, Tenants and internal teams. You'll provide clear guidance, confident communication and an exceptional service from start to finish. In addition, we will support you in obtaining your ARLA qualification. Compliance plays a key part in this role, and you'll help us ensure our clients remain fully aligned with the latest residential lettings legislation. Working as part of a close-knit, multi-skilled team, you'll play an essential role in delivering a smooth, positive experience to every client - consistently aiming not just to meet expectations but exceed them. This is a fast-paced, rewarding position, ideal for someone who can multitask, prioritise effectively and stay calm under pressure. This is a full time role.

What We're Looking For:

  • An outgoing, positive and professional personality
  • A driven, proactive approach with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service
  • Excellent administrative and typing skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Confidence under pressure and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

  • A full UK driving licence and daily access to a vehicle
